This higher ordination ceremony was held from 25th September to 27th September under the auspices of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama who has been dedicated and committed his life for the stability of the Buddha Sasana. It was organized at the official residence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
Many Thaiwanese novice monks were summoned for this higher ordination ceremony. On 25th of October they participated in the higher ordination ceremony and attended the teaching of His Holiness the Dalai Lama on 25th of September.
On 26th of September the novice monks were ordained and honored with new names by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and on 27th they were blessed and offered gifts by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. And also the guarding monk of Bliss & Wisdom Foundation was felicitated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
The Higher Ordination Ceremony has been successfully celebrated for three days.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama must be blessed with long life, good health , courage and fortune to bridge the gaps among different Buddhist traditions promoting harmony among them.
