“As soon as we wake up, we should Smile happily, breathe deeply and start the day positively because our mornings set the tone for the rest of the day.
We all know this. If we get off to a bad start, oftentimes the rest of our day follows suit.
The best way to combat this is to come up with a meaningful morning practice that acts as a buffer between getting up and starting our day, and puts our mind in the right headspace to go out and face the world or do whatever it is we do on a day-to-day basis.
Hence, we should try to empty our negative thoughts and negative mental attitudes in our mind and then, fill it with positive thoughts and positive mental attitudes.
Also, we should try to be mindful throughout the day because when we are mindful, life becomes beautiful. We can do everything properly and fruitfully with peace and happiness….”
